HILLSBORO UTILITY BILL CHANGES:

Your Utility Bill has a New Look !

Your utility bill has received a make-over. Improvements include:

  • The Layout has been redesigned to help differentiate between the various utility charges on your bill.
  • The Message Center has been enlarged so that utility information will be easier to read. 
  • The Graph has been improved.
  • The Total Amount Due is given its own box at the bottom for clarity.

        

 

Right Arrow Callout: The Message Box is bigger and brighter so that messages from your service providers are easier to read.

Left Arrow Callout: Billing charges are grouped by category so customers can see who determines the rate for that charge.

 

 

Left Arrow Callout: Subtotals for bill categories are added together in this box. Adjustments and prior payments are also shown here and calculated into the Total Amount Due.
