• All Businesses and organizations conducting business in the City of Hillsboro must submit this application.

Home Occupation Application

All Businesses located in Hillsboro and not operating out of a commercial location.

Including but not limited to:

• Construction
• landscape maintenance
• internet based
• consultants
• etc.

Mobile/Temporary Business license App.

Any mobile business or business that will be operating less than 90 days.

Including but not limited to:

• Food carts
• taco trucks
• ice cream trucks
• hotdog stands
• Christmas tree stands
• fruit stands
• firework stands
• etc.

Background Verification Application

All specially regulated and reviewed businesses

Including but not limited to:

• Pawn shops
• Check cashing stores
• Firearm dealers

Exempt Certificate Application

All non-profit businesses and organizations

Including but not limited to:

• Any business or organization that can produce a 501(c)3 or documentation showing tax exempt status
