Procurement Plan

The City of Hillsboro is committed to providing greater employment opportunities for its residents.  One method for doing so is by increasing the productivity of local businesses.  To that end, the Company is required to create and execute a procurement plan that will increase its purchases from Hillsboro-domiciled businesses by 10% annually, as measured in dollar volume, over the term of the abatement. The Company will provide a progress report annually to the City Zone Manager.  This applies to both the 3 year and extended (years 4-5) exemptions
